EPICURIOUS:
Having an adventurous foodie spirit who loves exploring fine flavors and gourmet experiences

MEET MARISSA MIREUR!
What began as a passion, has become a destination for the epicurious. Marissa Mireur’s vision for the Austin Epicure is for those who crave bold pairings, thoughtful presentation, and a touch of edge.

After owning a small restaurant in Alaska and Private cheffing in northern California, Marissa landed back in Austin and is no stranger to catering to the whims of fancy foodies and hungry families. These bold adventures gave rise to her bold bites and have now become fixtures on all of her menu offerings.
From her mother Sheron’s famous upside down rum cake and her father Pete's "there shall be no vegetables in chili” chili to the handcrafted TNT Dino-mite dip, Marissa is always creating food that’s as memorable as the moment. Today you’ll find all of these items on the menu and many more. If you’re epicurious, come check us out!
"I'm a little fancy and a lotta fun! I would love to be part of your next gathering."
